Shoreline Shuffle

On June 23, 2013, hundreds of people walked, paddled and cycled  7.7km along Kingston’s downtown shoreline to raise awareness about the need for better public access and better waterfront planning in our city.  There was a one-day art installation with 15 pieces of 'word art' along the route, and 25 photographers to document the event and our waterfront.  The City of Kingston has since put together a Working Group to develop a long-term integrated waterfront plan, composed of city residents, staff, and outside experts.
